Restricted Project Payout

Our Park Partners play an invaluable role within our parks as they often are the eyes and ears of our green spaces. We cannot say thank you enough for the work you’ve done and continue to do.

We, Chicago Parks Foundation, have the fiduciary responsibility to distribute restricted funds. Restricted funds are funds that donors expect to be used in a certain way.

We have received funds on behalf of your organization. Please complete the form below so we can know more about your organization, project and preferred fund distribution method.

CPF wants to help you continue the important and much appreciated work that you do. Through our work with all of our Community Partners including Park Advisory Councils, the Chicago Park District and other local organizations we know we are able to make a visible impact and reach all corners of the city.

PAYOUT INFORMATION

What form of fund distribution would you like?

Please select only one of the following options.

Reimbursements. Organization will provide receipts and other proof of purchase up to the held amount. CPF will reimburse organization for the total amount presented with proof of purchase.

Invoices. Organization will direct invoices to CPF. CPF will pay organizations invoices using fund balance.

Hold onto the organization's funds. CPF will follow up with the organization in 6 months to check in.
