IT’S YOUR PARK DAY 2018
Citywide, June 16 • Over 50 parks across Chicago kicked off the summer by joining in on our annual volunteer event, It’s Your Park Day! Each participating Park Advisory Council helped make their park day special with park clean-ups, improvement projects, tree mulching, gardening, picnics, barbecues, and more. Hundreds of volunteers braved the hot June day to celebrate not just their parks but their communities.
