CAMP NORTHERLY 2017
Northerly Island, August 11-12 • 150 campers joined us at beautiful Northerly Island Park for Chicago’s only adult urban camping experience. With a backdrop of perfect Chicago summer weather, we enjoyed classic camp activities - from glow-in-the-dark kickball and games, to DIY s’mores, to good ol’ fashioned hammock relaxing in the park’s lush natural areas. The morning wrapped up with sunrise yoga, hot breakfast, and of course Goose Island’s ‘beermosas.’ It’s a special opportunity to be able to camp in the heart of our city - the skyline on one side, the lake on the other, and a bunch of parks supporters in between.
