Ways to Give
When you invest in a park, you improve the community that depends on it.
Like many great cities before us, we started the Chicago Parks Foundation to put the parks on the map of our local charitable landscape. Tax dollars play an important role in our parks system, but we know that they alone cannot support our 600+ parks and vital park programs. The Chicago Parks Foundation is here to make it easy for you to get involved and give back to your parks.
Our signature annual events celebrate community and help raise funds that support our parks. Join us!
More Ways to Give
Get out there! One of the best ways to support the parks is to volunteer hands-on. CPF has a number of annual events that can use extra helping hands, including It's Your Park Day, a citywide park clean-up event that takes place in June. Have an idea in mind for yourself or a group? Contact our Manager of Community Outreach, Erica Acosta - email@example.com, (312) 742-5795. You can also volunteer in the parks via the Chicago Park District - learn more.
An incredible way to ensure park stability for this and future generations is to incorporate the Chicago Parks Foundation into your planned giving. To get started and learn about your options, contact us at (312) 742-5105 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
CPF often takes on the role of "fiscal sponsor" for individuals, businesses, and organizations who want to make an impact on the parks but do not have their own 501c3 status. We provide administrative oversight to ensure that your donations are successfully stewarded, and we receive a modest fee for our services. Contact us if you'd like to partner on a project.
DONATE BY MAIL
You can also send us your gift by mailing a check made out to "Chicago Parks Foundation" to Chicago Parks Foundation, 541 N Fairbanks Court, Chicago IL 60611. Please contact us if you'd like to direct it towards a specific park project or program.
